Returns and Right of Withdrawal

Customers in Germany, the EU, the EEA and the United Kingdom have the statutory right of withdrawal or a comparable 14-day cancellation right.

You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period begins on the day you, or a third party appointed by you, receive the goods.

The customer is responsible for the direct cost of return shipping unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Refunds will be issued through the original payment method. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned item or until the customer has provided proof of return shipment.

For customers outside the EU, the EEA and the United Kingdom, we do not offer voluntary returns for change of mind unless mandatory consumer laws in the customer’s country provide otherwise.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@littlebookplanet.com and include photos of the item and packaging. We will review the case and provide a replacement or refund.

Digital content / downloads:

For digital content that is not supplied on a physical medium, the right of withdrawal expires once we have begun performing the contract, provided that you have expressly agreed that we may begin performing the contract before the end of the withdrawal period and you have acknowledged that you lose your right of withdrawal once performance begins.

This applies in particular to digital products such as PDF downloads once the download or digital delivery has begun.
