Shipping Partner All orders are produced and shipped by our print-on-demand partner Prodigi (Jan van Riebeeckweg 15, 5928 LG Venlo, Netherlands).
Delivery Times After payment is received, your order is typically produced within 2–5 business days and then shipped. Delivery times vary by destination:
- Germany & EU: 3–5 business days after dispatch
- Worldwide: 5–10 business days after dispatch
Shipping Costs Applicable shipping costs are displayed at checkout and depend on the delivery country.
Order Tracking After dispatch, you will receive an email with a tracking number to follow your shipment.
Customs and Import Duties
For deliveries outside the European Union, additional customs duties, import taxes, handling fees or local charges may apply.
These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping rates and must be paid by the recipient.
We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their exact amount. Please check with your local customs office before placing an order.
If a shipment is refused or not collected because customs duties, import taxes or local fees were not paid, any resulting return shipping costs, customs charges or handling fees may be deducted from the refund, where legally permitted.
