Terms and Conditions

§ 1 Scope

These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through the online shop littlebookplanet.com.

§ 2 Conclusion of Contract

By submitting an order, you make a binding offer to purchase the selected product(s). The contract is concluded when we confirm your order by email.

§ 3 Prices and Payment

All prices are gross prices including applicable VAT.

Payment is made via the payment methods available at checkout, such as credit card, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or other payment providers shown during checkout.

§ 4 Physical Products / Delivery

Physical products are delivered worldwide, unless otherwise stated in the product description or checkout.

Printed books are produced and shipped through our fulfillment partner. Delivery time is generally 5–10 business days, depending on the destination and production process.

We cannot guarantee delivery by a specific date.

§ 5 Print-on-Demand Products

Our printed books are produced on demand after receipt of order.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, print-on-demand products are not personalised and are not individually customised for each customer.

The statutory right of withdrawal for consumers remains unaffected, unless a legal exception applies.

§ 6 Digital Products / Downloads

Digital products, such as PDF downloads, are provided electronically after purchase.

By completing the purchase of a digital product, you expressly agree that we may begin performing the contract before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

You also acknowledge that your right of withdrawal expires once the download or digital delivery has begun, in accordance with § 356 para. 5 of the German Civil Code (BGB).

Refunds are therefore not possible once the download or digital delivery has begun.

§ 7 Warranty

Statutory warranty rights apply.

In the event of defective, damaged, or incorrect physical delivery, we will provide a replacement or refund the purchase price.

For digital products, please contact us if you experience technical problems accessing or downloading the file.

§ 8 Applicable Law

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.

Mandatory consumer protection laws of the customer’s country of residence remain unaffected.
